Fantasy On An English Hymn Tune was originally written for Brass & Organ to celebrate the 200th Anniversary of the First Congregational Church in Canadiagua, NY. It is a festive piece that utilizes the Faith Of Our Fathers hymn tune (St. Catherine) written by Henri Hemy. It is would be excellent for advanced high school bands, community bands, or college ensembles. It is a level 5+ composition with great excitement that makes if well worth the effort to prepare this piece. Enjoy!
